Fresh Pineapple Mango Salsa

Jump to Recipe

There’s something about a fresh fruit salsa that instantly makes a meal feel brighter and more exciting. This Pineapple Mango Salsa is the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, fresh, and slightly spicy. The juicy mango and pineapple bring natural sweetness, while the red onion, cilantro, and peppers add freshness and a little bite. A squeeze of lime ties everything together and makes the flavors pop.

I love making this salsa when I want to add something vibrant to dinner without a lot of extra work. It pairs beautifully with grilled meats, especially jerk chicken, shrimp, or fish, and it’s also amazing served with tortilla chips as a fresh appetizer.

One of my favorite ways to serve it is alongside jerk chicken and rice for a colorful and flavorful meal. The sweetness of the fruit helps balance the heat from the spices, making every bite perfectly balanced.
