Method
- First chop the pineapple, mango, red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeno, and cilantro. Add to a bowl.
- Next add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl and stir.
- Store in fridge until ready to serve.
- Serve with tortilla chips for an appetizer or alongside a meal.
Notes
Best left in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours to give the ingredients a chance to mingle together and become even more flavorful.
