This is the best Cajun sauce for your burgers, fries, or whatever you desire to top with it! I have done myself in with this sauce in my house because I can’t make burgers for my family without it now. My son will ask, “did you make the sauce”? Also, I love it on my burgers. It is creamy, zesty, spicy from the chopped jalapenos, and the Cajun flavor ties it all together. It really is a perfect sauce to put on your burger.

Ingredients you will need-

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapenos
  • splash of lemon juice
  • splash of pickled jalapeno juice
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 1-2 teaspoons cayenne pepper (depends on your spice tolerance)

How to make-

Step 1. First chop up some pickled jalapenos.

Step 2. Next mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Step 3. Then top your burgers with the sauce and enjoy.

Tips-

  • Make the sauce ahead of time so all the ingredients have time to meld together for better flavor.

  • 1-2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp. dried parsley
