Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, diced
  • splash lemon juice
  • splash of jalapeno juice
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1-2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp. dried parsley

Method
 

  1. First dice up the pickled jalapenos
  2. Then mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  3. Add on top of your burger and enjoy.
