The Best Taco Dip

This is the best Taco Dip. Every time I make this Taco Dip I get asked for the recipe. It is so easy to make and will be eaten up right away with no leftovers. It is rich and creamy but perfect with the fresh tomatoes and green onions layered on top. We always make this during football season and in the summertime and my kids devour it. It is especially popular with teenage boys.

- It is so easy to make and no baking involved
- it is great for a crowd
- This dip is always the first to disappear at a party
Ingredients you will need-
- 2 blocks of cream cheese, softened
- 1 16 oz. container of sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
- 1 tomato chopped
- 4-5 green onions sliced
- 1 can of sliced olives

How to make-
Step 1. First you want to prep your ingredients like chopping the tomatoes, slicing the green onions, and slicing the olives if they are not already sliced.
Step 2. Next you want to mix up the cream cheese a little then add in the sour cream and mix until smooth. Add in the taco seasoning and salsa.
Step 3. Use a serving dish like a 9X13 baking dish or something larger (I use something larger because I like to have a thinner layer of the creamy mixture) and spread out the cream cheese mixture. Then sprinkle on the cheese, tomatoes, green onions, and olives.
Step 4. Serve with tortilla chips or Frito scoop chips
Now watch as this dip will be the first thing at your party to disappear, it is that good! Get ready to give out the recipe because everyone will be asking for it.
