The Green Smoothie- that tastes good!

This is The Green Smoothie that you will want to drink, and your kids will love it too. It tastes so good and I didn’t even need to add honey to it, which I usually do add a little honey to all my smoothies. This is actually My daughter’s favorite smoothie that I make. Simple ingredients make up this delicious fiber packed smoothie.

Ingredients you will need-
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 1/2-2 cups of spinach
- 1 cup of frozen pineapple
- 1 cup of frozen mango
- 3 tangerines
- 1 banana

How to make-
Step 1. First put the Almond milk and yogurt into the blender, then add your spinach, banana, tangerines, and frozen fruit.
Step 2. Next blend until smooth.
Step 3. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
Tips-
- Put all your liquid and soft ingredients first for easier blending.
- Other ingredients you can add to bulk up your smoothie, protein powder, flax seed. hemp seeds, or chia seeds.
- I have tried this with vanilla Greek yogurt and plain yogurt, and both work well.
- Feel free to add sweetener like honey but I felt this time it didn’t need any
Storage-
- Can be made and stored in the fridge for a couple of hours (can store it for longer but the color might change a little but will still taste good).
- Could also store all fruit and spinach together in freezer and pull out when you want to make a smoothie, just add the yogurt and almond milk.
