Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 1/2-2 cups fresh spinach
  • 3 tangerines
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 banana

Equipment

  • 1 blender

Method
 

  1. Add the almond milk, yogurt, spinach, banana, and tangerines to blender. Then put frozen fruit on top.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
