First pre-heat oven to 325 degrees
Place ham cut side down into a roasting pan and add 1/2 cup of water to the bottom of the pan
Using a sharp knife, lightly score the ham into a diamond pattern
Make the glaze, mixing the brown sugar, paprika, mustard, melted butter, minced garlic, and black pepper. Spread all over the ham
Cover and bake for 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until heated through to 140 degrees internal temp. Remove the foil the last 20 minutes of baking so the glaze can caramelize and form a crust of deliciousness.
Lastly let the ham rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing
