- First turn the oven to 425 degrees and pat the fish dry with paper towels. prepare baking sheet by placing parchment paper down and brushing with olive oil first before putting fish on top.
- Next mix the mayonnaise with the spices and spread on the top of the fish.
- Then bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until flaky and golden brown. Serve with roasted potatoes and garlic green beans.
Notes
Broil the fish for 1-2 minutes if you want a more golden crust.
