Method
- Preheat oven to 350 and grease 12-18 muffin cup liners.
- Mix together vegetable oil, sugar, pumpkin puree, and eggs.
- Add flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
- Mix until we'll combined. Fill muffin liners 2/3 full. Bake in oven 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Let cool and frost with my cinnamon cream cheese frosting.
